Rachel Givney

Rachel Givney has worked for many of Australia’s most beloved and critically acclaimed shows including Offspring, McLeod’s Daughters, All Saints and The Warriors.

Her short films have been official selections at Tropfest, Flickerfest and the Sydney Film Festival.

Her debut novel, Jane in Love, received a starred review from Booklist and was shortlisted for the Virginia Prize. It has been published in 14 countries and translated into ten languages so far. Film rights have been optioned by DiNovi pictures, the producers of Little Women.

Her second novel, Secrets My Father Kept, was released to critical acclaim in 2021.
